We are settled in our new home and we can’t tell you enough how pleased we are with the entire experience of building with Romanelli Custom Homes. This was our first time building and contrary from what we heard from so many people, it was not only positive also a lot of fun along the way.
From the first day we met through the entire process we were very comfortable with you, your father and the rest of the team. It was nice having you available on a daily basis to help answer questions and address our concerns. The personal relationship you bring certainly helped us in making decisions and changes when needed. You were fair with us, and your integrity and honesty was much appreciated.
The quality you and your team put into the house is remarkable. Your team was great to work with. When we asked for minor changes, they did it on the spot. I think all of the sub-contractors already know this but please tell them how happy we are and thank them one more time for us.
Also, thanks for the follow-up work after the closing. Although there (are) a few minor things to be done, your prompt follow up is appreciated.
We have received many compliments on the quality of our new house. As we talked about, any time you need a reference or need to show anyone the house you are always welcome.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your entire team for the outstanding job you did on our new home. This is our fourth relocation in eights years and the quality of your work and your service level was the best we have seen yet. Please pass this note along to Marty, Butch, and your key sub-contractors to let the m know what a great job they did.
Some things you and your team did that set you apart from the rest:
You kept your promises. Our close and move in were actually ahead of schedule and when you or one of your associates said something would be done, it got done – we didn’t have to worry.
You were reasonable and fair. The options we purchased as part of the construction were competitively priced for the quality and when we had an issued you were very reasonable in settling on a fair compromise.
The post-close follow-up work has been very timely. Although we still have some items to address, your team has been working through the list and also has made sure the urgent and important items were completed properly.
The entire team was a pleasure to work with.

Dear Domenic,
Over the years, our career has caused many relocations and opportunities to build a new home. However, we never wanted to live in temporary housing, and this was compounded by the horror stories related to us about working with builders. Fifteen months ago a job change brought us to Columbus. Because our daughter was about to begin her senior year of high school, we decided to wait until her graduation before moving. With this luxury of time, we decided to build.
Domenic, working with you, your father and brother has been wonderful. Your performance dispelled all of the building myths. Your professionalism and that of your outstanding sub-contractors made building our home a rewarding experience. Realizing that my wife intended to coordinate the building project from 700 miles away, I must admit that we had some concerns. However, the performance of you and your team of associates eliminated all f our concerns.
Domenic, thank you for the beautiful new house and the pleasant memories of working with Romanelli Custom Homes. You are a true professional and a credit to you industry.
